Health Assessment and Technical Issue - Resolved

(Update) 28 June - The support team resolved the issue I posted on 26 June. Great job and keep up the momentum. I love the “hotspot tracker” function as I make it a habit to check whether the place I plan to visit is in which zone (green, yellow or red). If the apps has check in and check out would be great. Thank you Developer and the support team 👍🏼👍🏼

26 June
I sent my 1st email to them on 1st week of June on how to edit or rectify my issue as my status is PUS as I have been in Malaysia and in my house before MCO. I have not left Malaysia more than 2 years. However, The response from the technical support team is the stratus will remain 14 days and after that the status will be low risk. After 14 days, the status still remain PUS. So I decided to send two emails on 24 and 25 June, until today, there is no response from support team. I hope the support team take immediate action to rectify and give us full support on how to solve this problem.

Improvement needed

After more than a year this app in operation, it’s time to add more vital functions to fight covid. Please allow user to report SOP violation via this app to help authority control the people more efficiently. Taking my area Nilai as example, since MCO 1.0 last year, people are still not wearing mask when going for grocery shopping and at public area such as park or pasar malam. Even anggota pasukan rela taking temperature scan at entrance of pasar malam didn’t wear mask properly. I never see any MNK staff or police or any authority personnel doing spot check in this 1 year time at an area where so many people violating SOP. In housing areas, people from different families are fathering in front of house chit chatting every evening without wearing masks. Kids from different families are playing together every evening without mask. Many food stalls are opened at roadside even during MCO, and many of the stall hawkers are not wearing mask. Please please please please please let user snap photo and upload to MySejahtera, link the system to police station for them to act accordingly. Or if you don’t want to do that, please at least include useful information into this app to tell user how to report and report to whom about sop violation.

Developer Response ,

Dear User, Thank you for your feedback and support. We definitely consider this for future enhancements. We hope you continue to use MySejahtera to help the government in controlling this outbreak.

Helpdesk no help AT ALL!

There is a rather serious problem where if a user selects ’Decided not to take the vaccine’ within the 48 hours given upon receiving an appointment, the status will never change and this makes it impossible for a new vaccination date to be given. Various attempts have been made to contact the helpdesk and only automated messages are received in return. Hundreds of calls have been made to the vaccination helpline and it seems even they can’t help in this matter. As long as your name is assigned within a health facility for the cancelled appointment, your name will be stuck there for infinity, should you choose ‘Decided not to take..’. I’m not sure if this is a software bug or a sick and twisted way of marking/punishing a user for selecting that very option, which I’d like to note, was a poorly worded reason to begin with. Selecting that does not mean that we are not interested in being vaccinated at all. This is the worst app I have ever used with ridiculous support or the lack thereof given to its users. I’m at a point where I’m extremely frustrated and at wits end because it’s been three months since and I’m still no where near of getting a new appointment date despite opportunities of getting it, all because of this highly inefficient app and system.
